Just to give you an idea about the changes, there are some pretty amazing and creative items on it. Zack has always had an affinity for scallops, and in this iteration he has produced pan-seared scallops, Peruvian plantain tacu-tacu (a "cake" made of beans, rice, chilies, and plantain), strawberry Amarillo salsa, stone fruit coulis (a thick sauce), and pea tendrils.
This is just one of the new dishes, from new guacamoles,
to new appetizers, to new entrees, and new drinks.
